KTR – Minister, Telangana Govt.:

Telangana IT & Industries Minister KTR lit the ceremonial lamp and addressed the gathering at the TATA Lockheed Martin 150th C- 130J Empennage Delivery event in Hyderabad.

Lockheed Martin CEO Bill Blair, Tata Advanced MD & CEO Sukaran Singh, the U.S. Consul General in Hyderabad, Principal. Secretaty Jayesh Ranjan graced the occasion.

Speaking at the event, Minister KTR stated that the TLMAL is increasing its indigenization percentage over years and today 85% of C-130J empennage detail parts that were previously imported are manufactured locally in Hyderabad.

Besides, C130J,  Tata and Lockheed Martin produces the Sikorsky S 92 cabins at their state of the art factory in Hyderabad.  Till date 150 (Made in Telangana) S-15 cabins has been manufactured and delivered from Hyderabad

Tata Lockheed Martin partnership in Hyderabad is a glowing example of the collaboration between India & the United States anchored in Telangana.

Similar strong partnerships are established with other US majors such as Boeing & GE Aviation by TATA in Hyderabad
