The Telengana HC has allowed petitions seeking transfer of MLAs poaching case from SIT to CBI forthwith.

The SIT formed by the state Govt is quashed and case transferred to CBI immediately.

This is a massive loss of face for KCR. He had staked a lot of political capital on this.
