You gave us your love, affection and energy and that is what makes it easy for us to walk thousands of kilometres: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi – Former Congress President:

You gave us your love, affection and energy and that is what makes it easy for us to walk thousands of kilometres.

We started the Bharat Jodo Yatra because we see tremendous problems in our country.

We see an ideology that is spreading hatred, anger and violence throughout our beautiful country.

We see massive levels of unemployment in Karnataka and in the rest of the country and we see a tsunami of price rise.

We have seen from Kanyakumari, through Kerala and Karnataka, a large river of people flowing and there is no hatred, no anger in this river.

Basava, your leader used to say, “do not hate anybody, treat others like you treat yourself.” And these are the lessons that the great people of Karnataka have learnt from him and others like him.

Basava used to say, listen to other people and that is exactly what we are doing.

We listen to you, I listen to you, Siddaramaiah ji and our workers and others leaders listen to you.
