Thousands of SHG women were made to gather flouting coronavirus guidelines: Chandrababu Naidu

Shocking!

Thousands of SHG women were made to gather by AP Govt at Kondapalli, Krishna Dist.

This open flouting of coronavirus guidelines comes at a time when the world is concerned about AP’s worsening COVID-19 situation.

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra pradesh

Incidents of attack on their faith have repeatedly hurt the sentiments of the devotees: Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

Andhra Pradesh has been a progressive, pluralistic State where all faiths have thrived & co-existed peacefully.

However, under the tyrannical YSRCP regime, people of AP are now fearful of a continuous state-sponsored attack on their faiths. More than 20 such attacks have occurred

From charring of sacred chariots at Antarvedi & Bitragunta to idols being demolished at Pithapuram, from attacks on priests like Devarampadu incident to propagation of other religions under TTD management & illegal takeover of Simhachalam temple board – there seems to be a pattern.

These incidents have repeatedly hurt the sentiments of the devotees while an egoistic YSRCP Govt, driven by its lack of regard for the sanctity of temples, looked the other way.

We condemn, in the strongest possible terms, and demand a CBI inquiry into all these incidents.

AP has witnessed a sharp escalation in violence against Dalits in the last 15 months: N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh

Attacks on dalits are continuing unabated.

Macha Dhanalakshmi’s house in Mudinepalli, Kaikaluru, was burnt down by members of the YSRCP party because she complained to the police against them.

Family members were able to save their lives by a whisker

Unfortunately, all their belongings were reduced to ashes.

AP has witnessed a sharp escalation in violence against Dalits in the last 15 months.

The govt is failing its people, and attacks only seem to continue because of unrestrained arrogance of ruling party members

Scary to see AP register 2nd highest number of cases in India : N Chandrababu Naidu

N. Chandrababu Naidu, President, Telugu Desam Party :

Scary to see AP register 2nd highest number of cases in India.

Queues outside liquor shops, YSRCP super spreaders, failure to quarantine effectively & breakdown of trace, test & treat mechanism have led to this disaster.

Time to think beyond Paracetamol & Bleaching Powder Mr. CM.

Policemen knocked on the door of journalist Siva Prasad for questioning the AP Govt.. : N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

  • Policemen knocked on the door of journalist Siva Prasad for questioning the AP Govt & kidnapped him in front of his family in Hyderabad.

  • They have flouted the law that protects an individual’s human rights.

  • I strongly condemn this incident which threatens the freedom of the Press.

Amaravati Farmers who were peacefully demonstrating were dragged, roughed up & thrown into vans: Chandrababu Naidu

Amaravati Farmers who were peacefully demonstrating against the CRDA for not giving them their annuity allowance were dragged, roughed up & thrown into vans.

Is this how farmers are treated?

Appalling to see tyrannical abuse and suppression being used to silence the voices.

N Chandrababu naidu – former cM, andhra pradesh

Flattening the COVID-19 curve should be a priority. There would be enough time for politics later : N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

Flattening the COVID-19 curve should be a priority. There would be enough time for politics later

Real decentralized development, a reality of the past, is now a false propaganda.

Our cities have fallen in cleanliness rankings & the state reels under COVID-19. The only thing YS Jagan has decentralized so far is the spread of COVID-19 in the state.

I urge the Chief Minister to stop hiding his failures behind a curtain of lies, and to focus on effective measures to control the unchecked spread of COVID-19 in Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh is not even featuring in the list.. : N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh :

  • Andhra Pradesh is not even featuring in the list announced by the Centre regarding states performing more than 140 tests per day per million people.

  • Why is the state missing?

  • Why are people of AP being cheated with fake numbers?

Strongly condemn the heinous attack on Dalit Judge Ramakrishna: N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

Strongly condemn the heinous attack on Dalit Judge Ramakrishna Garu.

His only fault was to stand up for Dalit families whose assigned lands are being forcibly taken away by Land Grabbers and Goondas of YSR Congress.

This is one of the many incidents of atrocities being carried out on Dalit intellectuals including former MP Harsha Kumar, Dr. Sudhakar, Dr. Anitha Rani, Mahasena Rajesh and others.

Denying justice to Dalits and stifling their voice with intimidation & violence will set a poor example for the entire society and future generations.

Dalit intellectuals must unite to fight this menace with one voice and reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

It is with KL Rao’s inspiration that the Polavaram project was taken up on a war footing, completing 72% in record time: N Chandrababu Naidu

  • I pay my rich tributes to Padma Bhushan Sri KL Rao Garu on his birth anniversary today.
  • He has left an indelible mark on the two Telugu states with his unparalleled contribution in building water infra projects like the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam, the world’s longest masonry dam.
  • As a man of great character, integrity and honesty, his life stands as a testament to hard work and service to the nation.
  • It is with his inspiration that the Polavaram project was taken up on a war footing, completing 72% in record time.
  • 23 other projects were completed during the 5 year tenure, thus greening lands and solving drinking water issues across the State.
  • Unfortunately, the YS Jagan Govt has stalled all the projects much against the spirit exhibited by Sri KL Rao Garu.
  • Only time will reveal the devastation brought about by the mistakes being made now.

The Supreme Court’s ruling protects the sanctity of prior agreements & long-running traditions of royal families in managing trusts: N Chandrababu Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu, Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

The Supreme Court has passed a landmark judgment upholding the rights of Travancore Royal Family to manage the affairs of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

The court’s ruling protects the sanctity of prior agreements & long-running traditions of royal families in managing trusts

AP gov must take note of this development & stop interfering with the management of Simhachalam Board & MANSAS trust to attain their evil goals.

Gajapathi family’s rights as custodians must be protected. YS Jagan must not meddle with God & family-run trusts to play dirty politics

Tomorrow will mark the completion of 200 Days Of Amaravati Protests. Telugu Desam will march shoulder to shoulder with the protesting farmers until Amaravati is reinstated as the only Capital of Andhra Pradesh: NCBN

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

  • History is proof that no country or state has ever prospered by dividing regions or people. Amaravati is an idea that was born out of the pangs of unjust bifurcation. It was envisioned to unite Telugus and be the building block of a powerful AP
  • We only had our will, our manpower and the intellectual capital of our people, and we worked hard to build a self-financing Capital that generated jobs for the residents and strengthened economy with generous tax contributions owing to economic activity.
  • Farmers came up voluntarily to contribute their hard-earned 33,000 acres of land as part of pooling – lauded by many as a one-of-its-kind initiative in the Country. The 3-Capitals idea is flawed and seemed entrenched in the whim of YS Jagan.
  • With the outbreak of #Coronavirus, the move will only seem inappropriate and ill-timed considering the plunging industrial and agricultural output, rapidly rising unemployment, and failing healthcare systems. Tomorrow will mark the completion of 200 Days Of Amaravati Protests.
  • I salute the indomitable spirit of thousands of farmers who have chosen the path of protest to not let the authoritarian Government put the future of the State at risk.
  • The fight will continue and Telugu Desam will march shoulder to shoulder with the protesting farmers until Amaravati is reinstated as the only Capital just as YS Jagan promised in the assembly when in Opposition.

TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu participates in a torch protest

via @ncbn:

  • TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu participated in a torch protest from his residence in Amaravati, against the arrests made by YS Jagan’s Govt.
  • About the protest Mr Naidu said:
  • These actions are result of non cooperation between forces of darkness and those of light.
  • Darkness exists only in the absence of light and
  • it’s only a matter of time when the light of truth will drive out darkness of lies.

‘Scaling the wall of the home of a MLA & former minister like he was a terrorist’

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former CM, Andhra Pradesh:

  • Scaling the wall of the home of a MLA & former minister like he was a terrorist.
  • Barging into the inner rooms without a knock / notice.
  • Threatening family members when they requested for medicines to be taken along.
  • One day, we will come back to power.

‘He could have been taken into custody without..’

N Chandrababu Naidu – Former Andhra Pradesh CM:

  • The doctor who asked for an N-95 mask is not a thief.
  • All the harassment has led to this.
  • He could have been taken into custody without using lathi and tying his hands with a rope.
  • Being treated like an animal is nothing but vengeance
