• River waters are Punjab’s life-stream & CM should know better than to make ‘any overt or covert agreement’ that compromises its interests on river waters issue.
  
  
• We don’t have a single drop to spare as we too are facing water crisis across the state.
  
  
• I assure Capt Amarinder Singh of full support if he sticks to Punjab’s long-held & constitutionally valid stand based on Riparian principle.
  
  
• Punjab is possibly the only region in the world where this principle has been violated by denial of its constitutional rights on river waters.
