I strongly condemn Bomb Blast in District Courts Complex at Ludhiana . Punjab Govt must ensure that the peace of Punjab is not disturbed at any cost. Punjab has paid the price in blood during the dark days from 1983- 1995. Punjab , Punjabi & Punjabiyat must be protected

Manish Tewari, Sr. National Spokesperson, INC

Shocked by news of blast at Ludhiana dist court where 2 people lost their lives & several injured. May Guru Sahib grant peace to departed souls & fast recovery to injured. Pb govt must focus on law & order instead of political vendetta to ensure peace & communal harmony in State.

Sukhbir Singh Badal, Fmr, dy CM, punjab

The blast in Ludhiana Court leaves no shadow of doubt that a series of peace-disrupting activities have been planned by vested interests to create law & Order problem in Punjab. Condolences to those who lost their lives and sincere prayers for speedy recovery of the injured.

It also calls for eternal vigilance coupled with strong commitment to Guru Gobind Singh ji’s message of “ਮਾਨਸ ਕੀ ਜਾਤ, ਸਭੈ ਏਕੇ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਵੋ ” which signifies unity in diversity in face of adversity that Punjab is facing in form of sacrileges and bomb blasts.

Navjot Singh Sidhu, President Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee
