Contrary to observation in certain quarters that COVID turned various Commissions in Govt of India including CIC inactive, statistical figures indicate RTI disposal had remained unaffected & during certain given intervals, disposal rate was even higher than usual according to CIC Chief Sh Bimal Julka.
