Last one month has been of unprecedented challenge for everyone. With PM Narendramodi ji’s leadership, tremendous hard work of our frontline warriors & coming together of people, we are now in an advantageous position against the pandemic. Now, another challenge lies ahead.
To revive the economy without diluting fight against COVID. We’ll achieve this with our trademark style of taking everyone along, in Team Assam spirit, with which we’ve been resolutely fighting against the pandemic. Our economists have suggested valuable ideas to us today.
I thank all the senior economists for gracing the meeting. We will require a timebound work plan and task force to deal with the economic situation arising out of COVID19, and your suggestions in this regard will prove decisive in the coming days.
