In an auspicious beginning to 2021, PM Narendra Modi Ji laid the foundation of 6 Light House Projects as part of Global Housing Technology Challenge-India initiative, in six States via video conference.

The initiative will lead to a new era in construction technology in India.

These projects are incubation centres for our planners, engineers, architects & students to learn from.

They will also be able to experiment on new technology. These projects will be completed by modern technology & innovative processes.

LHPs will be constructed in Indore, Rajkot, Chennai, Ranchi, Agartala & Lucknow.

These will serve as live laboratories for facilitating transfer of technology to field & replicate nearly 1000 houses at each location in a cost-effective, eco-friendly way & with a much faster speed.
