  • Sports bodies must appoint coaches, fitness experts, physiotherapists and counsellors NOW

  • Government should allocate money NOW.

  • Central Vista and Bullet trains and other vanity projects can wait or suffer a cut of 25 per cent

  • Government should pay for taking part in international competitions
