Today, we have also launched a Portal & Logo dedicated to the Conformity Assessment Scheme of milk products, developed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

The unified logo will simplify the certification process for the dairy sector & will reassure the public about dairy product quality.

Milk production in the country has increased by 45% now. Today, India produces about 22% of the world’s milk which is almost 1/4th of it.

The dairy sector has been an important industry for India’s growth & is getting its long due recognition & advancements to thrive further.

We have been providing unprecedented support to our farmers & dairy farmers, like:
1. Kisan Credit Card
2. Vaccination for food & mouth diseases of dairy animals
3. Soil Health Card

Uttar Pradesh is India’s largest milk-producing state and also ahead in the dairy sector. In the coming years, it will play a key role in changing the circumstances for the farmers community.
