It is always special to be among the people of West Bengal.

Tomorrow, 30th December is an important day for the growth trajectory of the state.

Development works over Rs. 7800 crore would either be inaugurated or their foundation stones would be laid.

A key focus of the programmes in West Bengal is connectivity. The Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express would be flagged off.

The foundation stone for the re-development of New Jalpaiguri Railway Station will also be laid.

Great news for the people of Kolkata and for furthering ‘Ease of Living’ in this vibrant city. The Joka-Taratala stretch Kolkata Metro’s Purple Line would be inaugurated.

In Kolkata, I will chair the 2nd meet of the National Ganga Council. In line with our commitment to Swachhata, many sewerage infra projects would also be dedicated to the nation.

Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee – National Institute of Water and Sanitation would also be inaugurated.

They will have to upload their reports on the Air Suvidha portal before travel.

Reviewed the stock availability and production of COVID-related medicines with drug manufacturing companies.

Asked them to be alert and closely watch the overall COVID scenario & global drugs supply chain.
