Narendra Modi, Prime Minister :

Grateful to the Indian community in Washington DC for the warm welcome.

Our diaspora is our strength.

It is commendable how the Indian diaspora has distinguished itself across the world.

Landed in Washington DC. Over the next two days, will be meeting US President Joe Biden and Vice President KamalaHarris, Prime Ministers Scott Morrison and Yoshihide Suga.

Will attend the Quad meeting and would also interact with leading CEOs to highlight economic opportunities in India.

PM Narendra Modi was greeted on arrival by Shri Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Ambassador of India to USA and Mr. T. H. Brian McKeon, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources.

A long flight also means opportunities to go through papers and some file work.
