Dharmendra Pradhan – Union Minister:
I appreciate the deep concern of CM Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik regarding protecting the rich heritage of Odisha and respecting the sentiments of devotees, sevayats and the people of Ekamra Kshetra of Bhubaneswar.
Protection of monuments of national, historical & cultural importance is a collective responsibility of all of us.
CM Odisha who is a founding member of INTACH India must be aware that all notified monuments are protected under the AMASR Act, 1958 enacted in the Parliament.
To facilitate better upkeep, protection and preservation of these national treasures, NMA was constituted by a court order to provide better policy and legal framework to further improve upon preservation of monuments of immense cultural and historical importance.
Director, Culture Department, Govt. of Odisha, being the competent authority has been giving necessary permissions for any kind of construction and development activities within the periphery of the notified monuments in Odisha.
It seems that CM Shri Naveen Patnaik is inadequately briefed on the applicability of the draft bylaws promulgated by NMA on the Ananta Basudev and Brahmeswar temple in Bhubaneswar.
It is therefore requested of CM Shri Naveen Patnaik to direct Chief Secy., Govt. of Odisha, to write a letter to Secy. Min Of Culture GoI for examining point by point provisions of the draft bylaws and for listing out objections of the state govt in the draft published by NMA.
I assure CM Odisha that PM Shri Narendra Modi’s govt. will leave no stone unturned in honouring and respecting the culture, pride & sentiments of Odisha and its people.
We are committed to address through dialogue all objections of the state Govt. regarding these draft bylaws.
Dharmendra Pradhan – Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas
Witnessed the launch of India’s first-ever CNG-powered tractor by Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari
A game changing innovation, economical and environment-friendly CNG-driven tractors will significantly lower the fuel and maintenance cost borne by farmers.
This will help improve livelihoods of farmers and also create job opportunities in rural India.
Agricultural residue is used as a feedstock to produce bio-CNG. Tractors driven on CNG will significantly reduce pollution and also help in boosting income of farmers as they will further be encouraged to sell their agricultural residue to bio-CNG units near them.
This breakthrough technology will compliment the efforts of converting waste-to-wealth, improving well-being and prosperity of farmers and building an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
India under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi ji is taking efforts to create low-carbon pathways in the energy transition.
We are creating a new alternative energy model with thrust on renewables & bio-energy. Our green energy portfolio will fulfil our future energy demand.

In fact the flight should be made a daily feature from the earlier thrice a week run.
Punjab FM should release State subsidy quotient of Rs 3 crore per annum for Delhi-Bathinda flight.
CM Capt Amarinder should take up the need to renew the flight with centre besides ensuring subsidy for flight is extended by another 4 yrs as per provisions of the scheme.

Naveen Patnaik – Chief Minister, Odisha:
Central Govt should immediately withdraw the National Monuments Authority Draft Bylaws on Ananta Basudev & Brahmeswar Temple of Ekamra Kshetra.
It would have been appropriate for the Central agencies to take the State into confidence on sensitive religious issues.
I appeal to all the MPs from Odisha to take up this sensitive matter with the Union Government & Prahlad Patel, as it involves the sentiments of lakhs of devotees of Odisha, lives and livelihood of sebayats, linked to the smooth conduct of Nitis of Lord Lingaraj.
JP Nadda, National President BJP:
A new edition of Congress circus today, again due to Mr. Rahu lGandhi. Why is he bent upon falsely claiming that disengagement is a loss for India? Is it a part of INC-China MoU?
With the armed forces leading the disengagement strategy, isn’t this an insult of our brave forces?
Congress party’s record shows distrust for armed forces. It is a matter of public knowledge that UPA never trusted our forces & always kept their hands tied, like in 2008, after attacks on Mumbai.
No Indian land has been given up by the government as part of the current disengagement process.
If anyone committed the sin of giving up thousands of sq km, it is one corrupt, cowardly dynasty that has broken the country to keep their power intact.
Ministry of Defence has taken note of some misinformed and misleading comments being amplified in the media and on social media regarding the disengagement currently underway at Pangong Tso.
At the outset, Ministry of Defence reiterates that the factual position has already been clearly communicated by the Raksha Mantri in his statements to both Houses of the Parliament.
However, it is necessary to set the record straight and counter certain instances of wrongly understood information being amplified in media and social media.
The assertion that Indian territory is upto Finger 4 is categorically false. The territory of India is as depicted by the map of India and includes more than 43,000 sq km currently under illegal occupation of China since 1962.
Even the Line of Actual Control (LAC), as per the Indian perception, is at Finger 8, not at Finger 4. That is why India has persistently maintained the right to patrol upto Finger 8, including in the current understanding with China.
Permanent posts of both sides at the north bank of Pangong Tso are longstanding and well-established.
On the Indian side, it is Dhan Singh Thapa Post near Finger 3 and on the Chinese side, east of Finger 8.
The current agreement provides for cessation of forward deployment by both sides and continued deployment at these permanent posts.
India has not conceded any territory as a result of this agreement. On the contrary, it has enforced observance and respect for LAC and prevented any unilateral change in the status quo.
Raksha Mantri’s statement also made clear that there are outstanding problems to be addressed, including at Hot Springs, Gogra and Depsang. The outstanding issues are to be taken up within 48 hrs of the completion of the Pangong Tso disengagement.
The effective safeguarding of our national interest and territory in the Eastern Ladakh sector has taken place because the Government has reposed full faith in the capabilities of the armed forces.
Those who doubt the achievements made possible by the sacrifices of our military personnel are actually disrespecting them.
Ashok Gehlot – Chief Minister, Rajasthan:
Rahul Gandhi ji was presented a “Hal” at the Kisan Mahapanchayat in Pilibanga, Hanumangarh by Rajasthan Pradesh Congress as he came to the state to stand with the farmers in their struggle..

Congratulations to Senior Leader Shri Kharge on being appointed as the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha.
His vast experience will be invaluable to the party in raising people centric & policy issues in Parliament.
He will also be a guiding mentor to many junior MPs.
Pema Khandu, Chief Minister, Arunachal Pradesh:
Received blessings from my beloved Aama la on the auspicious occasion of Losar festival.
Losar is a beautiful occasion for the family to celebrate the oneness, bonding and love.
Excerpts from Special Press Conference by Rahul Gandhi – former Congress President – at AICC HQ via INC India:
Yesterday, the Defence Minister made a statement in both houses on the border situation in Ladakh with China. There are a couple of things that need to be made absolutely crystal clear
Indian Govt’s position at the beginning of this was status quo ante in April 2020. That’s what Govt was negotiating for. Now, sheepishly, Defence Minister makes a statement & we find that Indian troops are going to be stationed at finger 3
Finger 4 is our territory, that’s where our post used to be. We have now moved from Finger 4 to Finger 3. Why has PM Modi given up Indian territory to Chinese? This is the question that needs to be answered by him & the Defence Minister
Second, why have Indian troops, after the hard work that they did, capturing Kailash ranges, why have they been asked to move back? What has India got in return for this?
Most importantly, why have Chinese not moved back from more important strategic area- Depsang plains? These are real questions. Why have they not withdrawn from Gogra-Hot Springs? Prime Minister of India has given Indian territory to China
Now the PM has given back the land, status quo ante is irrelevant, Kailash (Ranges) has been given back and nothing has happened in the key area that China wants- Depsang Plains. This is 100% cowardice
The Prime Minister cannot stand up to the Chinese. He’s spitting on the sacrifice of our Army, he’s betraying the sacrifice of our Army and nobody in India or rest of the world should be allowed to do that
It is the responsibility of the Prime Minister to protect territory of this country, the Prime Minister has ceded Indian territory to the Chinese, it is his responsibility to solve that problem
